MindSuite provides digital solutions including ERP implementation (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Odoo), software development, cloud services, and AI-enabled business solutions. The specific scope of services for each client is governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and current information when contacting us or using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts or damages the service performance.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
